This space has some demo to be completed before we could start on the remodel to turnover this store. We demolished the existing tile floor throughout and pour a new sealed concrete floor. We also supplied and installed the millwork which included the cash wrap, back wrap, perimeter piping display, wood shelving and back-of-house storage shelving. We overcame some obstacles to release a hold on the permit due to a pending fire review needing to be done when the permit was released. We worked diligently with the Building Department officials and Fire Marshal’s office to remove the holds placed and we were still able to open this store on time and on budget.
