As a reputable and established GC; Leesa comes from a very successful background in all facets of the real estate industry with specialization in property valuations for major financial institutions. By applying strong business acumens and demonstrating strong leadership skills, she has created a strong family environment within the company. Leesa directly oversees the company’s business model, drives our principles ethics, ensures our relationships and brand development, and pushes our strategic placement within the industry. Because of Leesa’s leadership and direction, PPD has had many operational successes and experienced growth year after year since the inception of PPD 14 years ago.

Zane Torgeson

Zane Torgeson

VP of Hospitality and Commercial Construction

Zane has had a working relationship with PPD for more than 10 years but officially came on board in 2018. Zane has worked in every facet of the hospitality industry, from property-level management to ownership and development, and now as a contractor. Having a diverse background with the industry, he brings a unique perspective to the table—and one that is useful to both new construction and renovation projects alike. He has extensive knowledge of brand requirements, specializes in front-end engagement with owners and architects to ensure the best results, in terms of design-build and value engineering. Throughout his collective experience, Zane has had direct oversight of nearly $500 million in hotel construction.

Raul Garcia, Jr.

VP of Retail Construction

Raul (also known as Jr.) has come up through the ranks at PPD. His career started with us over a decade ago as a framing mechanic working in our in-house framing division. Jr. worked his way up to Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager and eventually Project Executive. Jr. was recently promoted to Vice President of Retail Construction where he leads a qualified team of project managers and superintendents. He and his team provide a turn-key service in the high-end retail construction market for worldwide industry leaders; brands such as Allsaints, Buschemi, Paige and Sondro. Our retail team has built a store in almost every major metropolitan area within the U.S. and several projects in Canada.

Chris Callahan

Senior Project Manager

Chris has been a strong leader in the hospitality renovation world for the past decade. He has overseen and directed renovations of the some of the nation’s largest hotels and resorts, including the HardRock Casino Tahoe, The Players Championship Sawgrass Marriott Resort, The Streamsong Golf Resort and several others.
