This was a new buildout with a few different finishes we had to achieve. The walls are finished with wainscoting, crackle paint and painted brickwork that were installed in individual pieces. The cluster of 33 glass chandeliers hanging from the floating ceiling had to be carefully assembled piece by piece. The solid oak wood floor was stained in black and finished with two coats of clear. We delivered a free store for John Varvatos that was built within the tenant-provided allowance and opened on time.
