This 7,907 sqft, three-story historical building was completely renovated with a new 32-foot-tall structural steel storefront. Inside, we installed a new elevator complete with a new foundation and shaft walls. An additional center feature of this store is the custom-build steel winding staircase built around the elevator shaft from the first to the second floor—which has soaring 24-foot-tall ceilings. This store was completed on time and within budget.
