This project was a new 2,806 sqft tenant buildout located on the first floor at the Westfield Century City which has a 115 linear-foot storefront. The storefront is constructed of 30 linear feet of a glass panel curtain wall system and 85 linear feet of structural steel framing that has a segmented radius 14 feet tall with two sets of 10-foot structural steel double doors.
