I have used PPD Construction on a few of my builds in North America and have developed great trust with them. They have evolved into a great team to meet unique needs within our builds. We have just completed a 12, 000 sqft. store in Las Vegas—and its one of my best. PPD executed my design with speed, agility and within budget. The job went smoothly and ended with us opening the store a day early. Well done to Jr., Tom and the rest of the crew.

The staff and the hotel went through some challenging moments with this massive storm hitting NJ. I can honestly say, what a true blessing to have PPD Construction crew here with us. The Project Manager, Steve, told me to call upon him if we needed any assistance and he would help out any way he could. The day after Sandy hit we had about eight fallen trees in our parking lot. Steve and his crew went out of their way to help move the trees and debris from the parking lot. The night we had no power, Steve offered to cook burgers, sausages and hot dogs on the grill for his crew and my staff. My staff was working for countless hours and it was so nice to have a warm meal. I cannot thank PPD Construction Services enough on a JOB WELL DONE!

We had PPD Construction Services crew come in to fix our roof. They did a great job fixing all our issues. They were so easy to work with. The staff did an amazing job communicating with us, gave us frequent updates and were very forthcoming with information—which was very helpful to us. The crew also showed me things to look for on the roof and how to prevent problems from happening. When they were done, they brought me up there to show me how to work the heat tape and also showed me everything they did up there (which was a lot!). They did a fantastic and very thorough job and am really pleased with how it went.

PPD was hired to do the necessary renovations to transition the Hampton Inn in Minnetonka, MN to a La Quinta—a daunting task that was made nearly effortless by Jr. and his staff. They took great pains to respect that we are here to provide excellent customer service and went out of their way to work around the guests for minimal interference. They are not only professional but also personable and easy to work with. More than a few times, I had guests comment on how they were a bit concerned booking at the hotel while the renovations were taking place, but were surprised by not only how quiet it was, but also how clean it was considering the amount of work being done. Jr. and his team made this as painless as possible by his willingness to work with not only the management but the hotel staff as a whole, and we will be sad to see them go. We would highly recommend PPD to anyone needing work done.

PPD Construction came to our hotel to complete roofing repairs at our hotel. During this time, they were approachable, professional and kept their work quiet and clean. It was a good experience.

PPD has successfully completed all roof repairs at the Residence Inn. All work was completed in a timely manner and the PPD employees have been very kind and gracious during their stay with us.

I would like to recognize Allen and his crew, who worked at our property for several weeks after we had significant water damage to the hotel’s second floor and lobby. Allen and the entire crew were professional and extremely easy to work with, always having our guests in mind. All aspects that were in Allen’s control were handled competently and with great attention to detail.

When building large-scale commercial projects such as our Hilton Garden Inn, we relied on the professionalism of PPD Construction Services. After Hurricane Sandy hit, we were left with some significant roof damage causing multiple leaks into our guestrooms. A week of repairs went by and we discovered there were still leaks in the roof causing damage—this happened two more times. With frustration levels high, as soon as PPD Construction got here, they took control of the site. They were in on Monday and out by Friday. PPD did a phenomenal job of taking charge, getting the job done—and most importantly—getting the job done right. I cannot express enough how happy we are with the work PPD’s crew have done. The job was greatly organized 9–5, causing little to no noise with our guests, and the workers were professional and courteous with our staff and guests. I would recommend PPD on any job in the future.

Steve’s leadership was apparent from the first day on the job. Our guests were impressed with the effort Steve and his team took on cleaning up the work area before completing the day and the courtesy that was extended to both staff and guests alike. In the hospitality industry, it is not often that people are recognized for the good deeds done by a company or business. I thought it was time that stigma changed. It was a pleasure to work with Steve and his men.

I am very pleased with the amount and thoroughness of the work completed by Allen and Steve with their crew, and dedication to fixing roof issues. They did an awesome job in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them for any more work in the future.
